Gwadar sit-in called off, but movement will persist, says Mahrang

Baloch Yakjehti Committee leader Dr Mahrang Baloch has urged all Baloch people to come together and stay committed to the national movement despite facing oppression, injustice, and the enforced disappearance of their loved ones.

Addressing a large gathering at Fida Shaheed Chowk on Friday, following an 11-day-long sit-in in Gwadar, she said though the sit-in had ended their movement had just begun.

She stated that the Baloch people’s resistance had consistently shown that Balochistan wealth belongs to the Baloch people, government should understand that the Baloch would not surrender to oppression, violence, and enforced disappearances but would rather stand firm for their cause.
