Terrorism case against KP CM Gandapur after Lahore Jalsa
A case has been filed against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in Lahore under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
Sources said Gandapur along with 300 unidentified people has been nominated in the case for inciting violence against police personnel and leading an attack on a toll plaza.
The case was lodged at the Manawan police station in Lahore.
According to the FIR, police was performing its duty when the KP CM along with a group of 250 to 300 people smashed the windows of a toll plaza located on the Sialkot-Lahore Motorway.
The group, reported to be led by Gandapur, attempted to set some vehicles on fire.
The case filed on the complaint of SHO Hudiara Hamas Hameed includes serious charges like terrorism, attempted murder, and vandalism.
A member of the National Assembly, Shahid Khattak is also included in the list of co-accused in this case.
Earlier Gandapur stated in a video messasge that he would not ask apology from anyone rather demanded that the government to apologise to him directly.
“For what should I apologise? I have done nothing that calls for an apology. If you wish to file cases, then file them,” he said.

Gandapur along with his convoy had moved for Lahore to participate in a rally by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, but by the time Ali Amin Gandapur reached there, the rally had already been over.
